As the Director of Journey Masters Commisson, Pastor Tony wanted to develop a team who have the willing teachable heart of a disciple, the leaders mission is to:
• To raise and disciple men and women of God to go forth and embrace His will.
• To teach the disciple how to deepen their relationship with the Lord.
• To prepare them with a solid foundation of faith to keep their footing when under trial and attack.
• To forge weapons of warfare through positive discipleship by deed and example.
• To give, train, and prepare them with ministry tools to help increase their vision and calling in order to reach the harvest in a more effective way.
• To give a strong support base of leadership for the disciples, increasing their confidence in authority.
• To build positive relationships between mentor and disciple.
• To give opportunity in ministry, developing confidence without fear of failure.
• To fuel the passion of God, by placing “coals” of wisdom, strength, and Christ-like authority into their lives.
